Taking care of telescope

Telescopes will gather dust will time so to make sure that the dust particles do not scratch the lenses, you have to regularly clean the lens. We suggest you use a fine soft bristle brush to clean your telescope and dislodge any dust particles that might be stuck and this way it won’t be scratched.

Often the mount will need to be greased up or else they will get stuck and won’t budge. A mount that is stuck won’t be precise in its movement so you need to maintain the oiling of the mount on a regular basis.

We also suggest you to use lens caps to protect the lenses when they are not in use otherwise the lens will get damaged over time as it is exposed to the environment.
